LiVEiT PREMiUM Privacy Policy

LiVEiT PREMiUM is a macOS application designed to support structured wellbeing, planning, and professional workflows through locally managed tools and content. User privacy is a core principle of LiVEiT PREMiUM. The app is designed to operate primarily offline and does not collect, track, or monetise personal data.
Data Collection
LiVEiT PREMiUM does not collect personal data for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes.

- No data resale
Any information entered into the app is provided voluntarily by the user and remains under the user’s control.
Local Data Storage
Data created within LiVEiT PREMiUM (such as notes, reflections, project information, or structured content) is stored locally on the user’s device unless the user explicitly chooses to export or share it.
LiVEiT PREMiUM does not transmit user data to external servers by default.
Optional Exports and Sharing
Where LiVEiT PREMiUM allows exporting or sharing content (for example, generating documents or reports), this occurs only at the user’s request and using standard macOS sharing mechanisms.
LiVEiT PREMiUM does not automatically share data with third parties.
File Access Permissions
LiVEiT PREMiUM may request access to user-selected files or folders in order to save, export, or organise user content.
These permissions are requested only when required for a specific user action and are limited to the locations explicitly chosen by the user.
Accounts and Cloud Services
LiVEiT PREMiUM does not require the creation of a user account to function.
If optional premium features involving licensing, content access, or future integrations are introduced, any related privacy changes will be clearly communicated and reflected in an updated policy.
Data Sharing
LiVEiT PREMiUM does not:

- share user data with advertisers
- transmit personal data for profiling or marketing
Security
LiVEiT PREMiUM relies on the security features of macOS and local device storage. Because data remains primarily on the user’s machine, exposure to external data breaches is minimised.
